Your Duties and Responsibilities
You handle the accounts of a sophisticated clientele and establish new contacts with investors. Your responsibilities also include the brokerage and sale of blocks of flats, residential complexes and portfolios, the development of marketing concepts and the support and guidance of contract negotiations to their successful conclusion.
You have experience in the investment sector, are open-minded and can quickly establish contacts. Self-initiative, negotiating skills, good market knowledge and flexibility are as much a part of your personality as an independent, team-oriented approach to your work. Good English skills are a prerequisite.
