Your Duties and Responsibilities

You look after a demanding clientele and always keep an eye on trends and current market developments in order to develop new contacts with owners and potential tenants. Your core tasks include brokering retail, gastronomy and fitness space, developing marketing concepts and accompanying contract negotiations to a successful conclusion.

Your Profile

You already have experience in retail leasing as a broker, asset or expansion manager and have a passion for retail and shopping that drives you. You are curious, open-minded and able to develop customer relationships. Good market knowledge and a high level of initiative, with a willingness to interact in a nationwide team, is a prerequisite. A good command of English is a matter of course.
