Georg Kallscheid has been Head of Investment at IKP Immobiliengruppe since the beginning of 2019. He has had many years of experience in the development, financing and institutional sales of real assets as well as commercial and technical consulting in the construction of complex large-scale construction projects. His professional interests include in particular sustainable real estate concepts, digital business models and all types of disruptive innovations.

After earning a degree in business administration and holding initial positions in real estate project development, Georg Kallscheid accepted his first management positions with an internationally operating fund and asset manager in 2009, where he was managing director of a subsidiary from 2013. At the end of 2016, he made the decision to invest his experience in the co-founding of a fintech startup for the digital sale of tangible asset investments.
