IKP Immobiliengruppe has brokered long-term lease contracts to the English sports chain JD Sports and the jewellery company Pandora.
The premises at Georgstrasse 24 in Hanover are used by Benetton. The area will be divided so that in future JD Sports will use a three-storey area totalling approximately 1,600 m² and Pandora will have the corner area on the ground floor of approximately 100 m². The transfer of the rental space is expected to take place in Q4 2019.
JD Sports is Great Britain’s leading retailer of trainers and sportswear. The sports clothing chain has opened around 48 stores in Germany and is continuing to look for new locations.
The company Pandora, founded in 1982 in Copenhagen, which produces high-quality real jewellery for women, is represented by store locations worldwide and is also looking for new sites.
IKP Immobiliengruppe (offices in Düsseldorf and Hamburg) operates nationwide and advises national and international chain stores on the leasing of retail space in prime locations of large German cities.
