Düsseldorf Lego rents property in Flinger Strasse 50 in Düsseldorf — IKP Immobiliengruppe brokered
IKP Immobiliengruppe has brokered a long-term lease contract to the Danish toy manufacturer LEGO. The previous tenant of the space was the Swedish fashion label Gina Tricot.
LEGO will in future be using a total floor area of approx. 566 m² for presentation of its products. The official opening of the new store is planned for late summer.
The family-owned business LEGO was founded in 1932 and is today one of the leading toy manufacturers worldwide. LEGO is represented worldwide by its own shops. The opening in Düsseldorf will bring the number of shops in Germany to 12.
