Neumünster Neumünster: IKP Immobiliengruppe brokers lease to Woolworth
IKP Immobiliengruppe acted in an advisory capacity for the owner and the subtenant Woolworth in concluding a principal lease for the Neumünster store at Grossflecken 14.
Woolworth was already operating on a total rental area of approximately 2,300 m² in the property where it was previously a subtenant of H&M.
